    • Amanda Clark Chief Executive Officer
      Amanda’s role involves setting the strategic vision, driving growth across our portfolio, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. I work closely with our brand leaders to ensure we’re delivering exceptional experiences for both our franchisees and their customers. At the heart of everything I do is a passion for building strong, purpose-driven businesses that make a positive impact.
    • Ankin Laysha Chief Operating Officer
      Ankin works on NSO, Training, Core Ops Support and Ops Excellence. Her team is the primary point of contact for the franchisees and serves as a voice of the franchisee at the Support Center, and a trusted partner to our franchise owners and their teams.
    • James Franks SVP Franchise Growth
      James has earned a reputation among franchisors for implementing strategic grassroots programs that yield validated results. He has received numerous accolades and awards over his last 25 years of service in the franchising world but he is most proud of the validated results that he has achieved in the quality of franchise growth that franchisors have experienced with his help.
    • Amanda Millikan SVP Real Estate
      Amanda plays a pivotal role in supporting the company’s growth by ensuring franchisees have the tools and resources they need to open and operate successful locations. With a wealth of expertise in real estate development and construction, Amanda leads a dedicated team that guides new franchisees through every stage of the site selection and development process.
    • Kristin Brink Chief Financial Officer
      Kristin brings more than 25 years of finance experience to our team to help us reach our goals for growth in revenue and total company EBITDA. Known for strategic thinking, strong operational and process discipline, and the ability to drive business results through a collaborative approach with business partners and teams, Kristin has held key FP&A leadership roles across various industries.
    • Elyse Blouin Chief Marketing Officer
      Elyse supports the Marketing organization including the Brand Marketing, Creative Services, and Performance Marketing teams. We work closely cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, IT, and Legal. Our goal is to grow our brands through creative, data-driven marketing strategies.
    • Julie Manthey Chief People Officer
      As Head of Human Resources, Julie leads the company’s people strategy and oversees all HR functions, including hiring, onboarding, employee development, and retention. Reporting to CEO Amanda Clark, she and her team are committed to fostering a fair, inclusive, and supportive workplace while serving as strategic partners to leadership and advocates for employees.
    • Steve LeBrie Chief Technology Officer
      Steve leads a high-performing tech team focused on aligning innovation with WellBiz’s strategic goals. He drives the technology roadmap, communicates it across the organization, and fosters strong vendor partnerships to enhance overall capabilities.
    • Dan Colbourne Chief Supply Chain Officer
      Dan joined WellBiz back in 2009 as CFO, and has had his hand in many aspects of the company’s operation over time. In his role today as Chief Supply Chain Officer, he spends his time overseeing the WAVE product supply chain operation in Arizona.

      Natalie has spent the past 13 years immersed in nearly every aspect of the franchise industry. From being a franchise owner to working in legal and compliance, resales and renewals, and new development, she has gained extensive franchise experience.

      Cody’s career spans from large blue-chip companies to fast-paced startups, providing him with a well-rounded perspective on what it takes to build and support thriving businesses. He has experience both as a hands-on contributor and a team leader, bringing that blend of expertise to every conversation with potential and existing franchise partners.
